I hate leaving bad reviews, I ordered signs on September 16th and paid for express shipping. About 9 days after the order, I checked the online status and it was waiting to be scheduled for production. So I called and someone answered, although dry she said her team wouldn't respond right away and that she'd update me. Two days go by, nothing! So I start calling a couple times a day and leaving voicemails. Online status still says waiting for scheduling in production every time I check. Tried calling again and leaving Voicemail. No answers at all every time I call ever since the first time I called. I had to get on phone with PayPal to dispute this transaction and that obviously takes time. Can't even get anyone on the phone to cancel the order or get an update! STAY AWAY!!!!

The sign I received did not match what I ordered on the computer screen. Customer service was very slow to respond. They called me nit picky and said they had a hunch that I was up to something. I’ve never been so offended. The signs are speedy but the customer service and product are not worth it.

This place needs to be called you'll eventually get your purchase....sike you won't.... been over a month with a $300 order... keep getting a run around... keep getting told yeah should be next couple days....now to no answer on the phone no answer on an email.... this place is a joke of a company... DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE!!! AND I URGE THE OWNER TO CALL ME PLEASE!!!
