I was in the store in the morning July 2nd. It was an amazing experience I never expected. All of my issues and concerns were resolved by Andrew and even another associate named Ana gave my wife and I great assistance. Best Spectrum experience I have ever had! We had an issue with delivery and adding a phone we purchased to our existing line. Anthony, the Spectrum representative employee at the San Bernardino university ave store was extremely helpful. He went above and beyond to help our family. He did not just provide good service, he provided great service. We can’t thank him enough. I’m a happy spectrum customer and very grateful my local store has employees like Anthony.

There is an employee here who has worked for charter for over 25 years. I’m so embarrassed that I forgot her name but I can’t say enough good things about her. She’s very patient and has been a huge help every time I’ve been in the store. Spectrum has a very valuable employee in her and they should give her a raise. Thanks again for always being so sweet and helpful.

If I could, I wouldn't give it any stars. I got this internet and now I'm Regretting it!!! a bit over $70 for this. Not worth it. I have to keep reconnecting the router and internet box twice a week because it keeps disconnecting on my phone and laptop. I shouldn't have to do that at all!!!! It's starting to piss me off. Don't go with spectrum internet!!!! Unless u want to get pissed off every week.

I was offered a phone line for a year for free with my internet and cable.
They gave me 2 months free out of the 12. then Started charging me. I went in to speak with the guy that gave me the offer and they refunded me for the 3months that they charged me. Then got two more months for free. They started charging me again. They steal from you and they are liars.
I would rather talk to the customer service line than go in store! You get better offers through the phone with customer service
