If you’re picking up a load here, it’s really quick…but no where to sleep. I slept at Winn Dixie just a couple miles south of here. Good spot! You CAN NOT SLEEP IN FRONT OF GATE at pickup…tried, kicked me out. Guard 24hrs.

Horrible experience at Sparton.
Zero training and zero support!
I mentioned during interview that i had no 3D modelling experience with SOLID WORKS but i would learn it on my own, provided they consider that.and they provide assistance!
They agreed - however no help provided. Au contraire.
Also no assistance provided with the product line and ongoing projects and i was assigned a PM role with no training!
In the end i produced over 50 dwg+ several 3D models ( in solidworks ) monthly reports, ppt slides and conducted weekly meetings.
Upon my dismissal they claimed i did not learned SOLID WORKS and produced no drawings... which i challenged asking how come then i presented drawings and created parts and assemblies in SW 3D used in my weekly PM reports?... then they responded that they had no funds for my post. LIERS
Sucks company, sucks boss an alleged ex major of the navy and tha Cuban dude.
Don't go there unless u r starving marvin...

My father worked here in the 80's.
His work area was the deepest indoor pool I have ever seen.
I'd love to go back sometime now that I know what I'm looking at.

I was doing great work and trying to make sure the measurements were right on a product and was the exact size needed.I was told lady that I later was there 17 years that done the work . Wasn't trying to get her in trouble I just was not to do them that way on the next job and her product was bad but I was call to H R and told that I was in the wrong and that my voice was to loud and disruptive in my normal tone and that they could not have that with as many people that was there and as I was told on the Monday we started that they had the right to let me go. At that moment I had know job and I call this discrimination and they say they can see where I might think that. What a place.

Sparton was great organization in the past, but after six plus months of effort in attempting to get an answer on pension eligibility, I have been unable to get any meaningful response from their corporate finance director James Mahoney. Calls, letters, emails and voice mails are simply ignored. Wondering if anyone else has had a similar issue an if they were able to resolve anything.
