This is not a nonprofit organization. This is a beautiful development full of old Florida villas on Longboat Key . They are resident owned and only for rent if you know someone. Secure community that does though background checks on all residents and renters alike. If you can't pass a background check, don't bother trying to get in here because you won't. If you want a safe community with community activities, you may consider living/buying a villa here
