From my initial phone call asking questions, to having a replacement part sent to me in Texas, the customer service with this company has been fantastic. The structure itself is good quality. It was easier to move than I had originally expected it to be. We have definitely enjoyed our swim spa so far and plan to do much more in the future.

I enjoyed the entire process of purchasing my swim spa deluxe from Spa Manufacturers. I compared their price to local stores and they have the best prices. Every employee that I talked to was kind, professional, and very helpful. When I got the swim spa and read the operating manual I was a little concerned but once I got the electric installed I followed the directions in the book and everything worked as designed. I figured that that had put the spa through rigorous testing before shipping it. Once I did the spa prep with chlorine and other chemicals I let the spa water and chemicals circulate for a day, tested all the jets and knobs, and features and then let the temperature of the water to warm up. The next day I got in and thoroughly enjoyed myself, especially in the spa part. It did miracles with my body aches and pains. I have to get used to the swim feature because the jets are so powerful I had to turn the down to the minimum just to keep up. I was smiling so hard as I sat in my swim spa and I look forward to getting in it as much as I can. Yay!!! 🤗😁

Ps, always cover your spa with the insulated spa covers because it saves on the electricity needed to keep your spa at the set temperature and reduces condensation

I am so glad spa manufacturers found me on facebook and knew I was in the market for a hot tub. I absolutely love the hot tub, glad I found them and the yellow duck! This is a one of kind hot tub gazebo and the best thing is they build them right here in the USA!

Absolutely LOVE my new swim spa!
Spa Manufacturers are top-notch!
From the sales department to the service department, everyone was friendly, helpful, and a pleasure to work with.
In addition, I can't say enough as to how kind and helpful the installation team was throughout the whole process. Each and every one of them was a true professional and a pleasure to have here at my home, making it all happen.
I would highly recommend this organization to anyone in need of a custom spa and a little R&R!

I LOVE my Swim Spa! The people at Swim Spa are amazing! They have come to my house twice to make adjustments and/or fix minor issues. Jeff is terrific explaining about my spa. The girls in the office are remarkable AND my doctor is so happy with me getting this spa she is going to help me with a medical necessity letter for my taxes! BEST thing I have ever bought!

I bought my Swim Spa about a year and half ago. I posted a very positive review because they were simply awesome folks to work with! So, here is another one for those who say “I wonder if you feel the same way after an issue”. Well, here I am. We encountered a leak that was very difficult to find. It evaded me and one of their reps. Finally, after doing some testing, the leak was found. Let me tell you, they were on the ball. Before I knew it, they were here and fixed it in 15 minutes. We are up and running the very next day. I couldn’t be more pleased with my Spa as I am with Spa manufacturers! They ARE THE REAL DEAL! Thank you Spa Manufacturers, I am so happy we chose you!

We bought our swim spa from Spa Manufacturers approximately 4 years ago and have thoroughly enjoyed the experience of the pool and the outstanding service on the three occasions. Their service department (Carla) has scheduled us in a timely manner and Ian has come out and taken care of the problem quickly and professionally. Highly recommend Spa Manufacturers!
