Buying, trading in, or just looking? Micheal is the best car salesman, and we had the best car buying experience at Southwest Auto Collection in Arkadelphia! We had been to several lots and shopped for weeks looking to get me a new “mom car”, so when we pulled into the lot, I was over car shopping already. My outlook changed completely after experiencing his selfless customer service. He let my husband and I try multiple vehicles, and helped me find one I absolutely loved. He made the trade-in process seamless, he helped us get a price we were comfortable with, and even stayed late to help us get all of our paperwork completed. He was extremely personable and easy to talk to. This was my first time buying a brand new car, but he took such great care of us by explaining everything in detail and answering each of my questions. All of the other team members at this establishment were extremely kind and knowledgeable as well. Micheal went above and beyond and we are so thankful for him and this car dealership! I would hands down recommend this dealership and our salesman, Micheal, to anyone!
