Impressed beyond expectations! Today we had granite installed in bathrooms and laundry room. They were customer centered from start to finish. Great staff from sales to shop layout to installation. Scheduling communication with Susan made the entire process flow! The design "layout" lady was extremely helpful and provided intuitive expertise! The craftsmanship during installation by Jeff and Mark was remarkable. Both gentlemen exhibited great skill by hand sculpting complex angles. The craftsmanship applied to each piece of granite reflected their skill and pride in a job well done! Southside Granite is our "go to" for future projects!

Southside Granite installed our Cambria quartz countertops last week for our newly constructed home in our kitchen and bathrooms, and we are beyond thrilled with the results. We chose Southside after getting numerous quotes, based on reviews, their website, and their customer service-and were not disappointed! Their communication is fantastic, from following up on the initial quote all the way to the finished product. We had a small blemish on one of the kitchen counters, and while the guys were there installing, they called us and pointed it out, rather than finishing and waiting to see if we'd find it ourselves. By the time we arrived to check it out (within 15 minutes) they had already sent a picture and talked to the office, who in turn, was already checking with the supplier. They offered to replace the piece, without any resistance or pushback whatsoever. We were prepared to wait for the new piece, glad that it would be replaced, but the installers (happily) told us they would take care of it that same day, and they drove an hour (each way) in the cold and rain to get the replacement piece. These guys were professional and friendly. They were on site by 6 am that morning, and left when the job was complete-8:00 that evening. Not only were they easy to work with, but as they were leaving, they were cleaning up the floor on their way out! Susan and Clyde Kingry are wonderful people to work with, and it is obvious by their actions that they truly do focus on customer service and delivering the best experience possible. We would definitely recommend Southside Granite!!
