Had a deer proceed her about 3 weeks ago. Service was great guy was super nice. However I only got cubed, tenderloin, and ground meat and it was north of $150 which was fine because I received a lot of meat. Unfortunately however most of my meat has hair in. Will have to go somewhere else next time.

The owner is very friendly and helpful. The process for dropping off a deer to be processed has been quick and easy. They will walk you through the process if you need help, and have a menu posted with products and prices.
Their pineapple cheese summer sausage is amazing. Last year, when my family tasted it for the first time, they all said I should get another deer so that we would never run out. The venison jerky was fantastic as well.
This year I'm having my deer all done into these two products and not even saving the tenderloin...that is how wonderful the sausage is. Better even than that sausage that has a town in Alabama named after it☺

I know reviews dont always be concrete but its kinda odd to see so many say they found hair in their burgers I mean we all human and make mistakes but man that seems a little too coincidental I have used about 6 processors and I have never experienced that

The work and the product is excellent. For those using this processor for the first time, be prepared for prices to increase at pickup from whatever was agreed upon when you drop off your meat. It’s not earth shattering (mine was only a 40% increase) but don’t come to pick up thinking you can leave your debit card at home.

Have had meat processed here from a family member's harvest on multiple occasions and it has always been excellent. Dropped my first harvest off with South's Finest this weekend and looking forward to picking it up when its ready!

Disgusting practices obviously take place here. Took my very first deer here last season, I've been getting into the ground meat, and it is chock-full of fur. Not just one or two, every single bag I have opened has 20-50 hairs, like it was intentionally "seasoned" with a handful of fur. Now the only thing I can do with the meat from my first deer is give it to the dogs, sad that I took a life for this place to ruin the meat.

Just imagine what sort of butchering practices and lack of cleanliness takes place behind closed doors to have that much fur in the meat. Health department needs to pay this place a visit asap!

Good customer service however I have eaten five or 6 pounds of the burger and I've had lots of hair in every package! I have never had this issue with any other process until this place. I will not be using them again
