Buddy recommended The Hanger Steak!
My wife loved the steak. It was very tender, juicy and delicious. Perfect for the carnivore diet! She’s also tried the New York strip, which was good!
The tomahawk and ribeye were not as good, somewhat disappointing on these cuts
But definitely hanger steak was amazing!

Bought 2 Prime bone-in ribeyes yesterday and let me tell you.. 10/10 best steaks I've ever had. No butter needed on them just good ole Salt & pepper. Best butcher I've ever been to, the store is full of great cuts at a premium price. You pay for what you get and I was highly satisfied with me purchase, coming back soon!

First time here. My husband got a smoker for Christmas and of course wants to do prime rib for New Years. Fiona and Nate were fantastic! Very helpful and knowledgeable and even held the phone to speak to my husband and show him the prime rib we were getting. They went above and beyond and now we finally found a butcher we really enjoy! Customer service is everything and they definitely charmed me and made us very happy! 1st time here but definitely not the last. Customer service was the best out of any store we've ever been to. I'm not like my husband and son, I like steak but I can do without it. These marinaded steak tips were phenomenal. I've never had steak this good before. July they have a special for $29. 2 pounds of chopmeat, 2 pounds of marinaded chicken breast, and 1 pound of pork chops. We cannot wait to try these other items. If there's a cut of meat that they don't have and you want it, they can get it for you. Can't wait to come back here next weekend.

Not my place.... I have tried their steak tips twice. Meat quality is great, however the sad thing is, their marinades are so salty, you can't taste the beef. Their prices are much too high for this . No more for me...Chimichurri should taste like all sodium. It's typically olive oil, cilantro or parsley, garlic, red wine vinegar and maybe oregano, not 2 cups of salt.

Great local local butcher with a wide selection of quality meats, a variety of fish and poultry as well a ready seasoned wings and steaks. They also have pretty much every seasoning you could imagine. Support your local butcher!

Always got my meats from a supermarket, never really been to a local butcher. But heard good things about this one and thought I'd stop in.

Buddy answered all my questions, due to my health and autoimmune issues, I've been on a quest lately of getting grass fed beef and organs. And this was the perfect place to stumble across. Buddy brought in some bone marrow and had it cut "canoe style" or long ways as opposed what I usually find at sprouts where they chop it up. Makes it a lot easier to eat. He also helped me get some veal brains, and they already stock liver. All these organs are extremely healthy and rich in vitamins we don't get from our usual protein cuts.

I've also tried quite a bit of their selection. Bone in Rib eye, pork belly burnt ends, pork chops, bacon wrapped shrimp and their wings! Amazing quality and amazing service due to plenty of staff in hand, usually in and out for me.

My diet at this time doesn’t allow it but they have some amazing sides and deals to go along with your purchase. Overall great layout and cleanliness of the store as well.

Love that I can stop in daily to get a fresh cut for dinner.
