I contacted Shannon Posey for a Repair of my Lift. Called and No Answer. Voice Mail is Full. No Recording. I called back a couple of times and finally got an answer. I was told he was on a job but he could come out on Friday to make the Repair. Asked to text my contact info. ( Name, Address & Phone & Lift Type). I didn’t hear back from him as to an Estimated Time of Arrival so on Friday morning I called to inquire. No Answer. Went to a Full Voicemail. Waited a couple of hours and called back. This time I was sent to VM after 1st Ring. Sent a text asking to please communicate with me, to no avail. I’m Disabled and told him in a text that I need my Lift and that he gave me his Word so he at least owe me a conversation. That I understand things come up or he forgot but still no contact. I called back in the afternoon and was sent, again, to VM after 2 Rings. I’m quite Disappointed, to say the least! This is not the way you handle Business, especially with a vulnerable population of people with Disabilities, so I definitely do NOT Recommend this company!
