I have been going here for years buying fresh corn. I went in the other day handed the man outside my corn receipt and he looked at me and said "do you expect me to take them to your car or what" I told him I was going to bring my car closer. I parked close by and got off my car, then he said "Do you expect me to put them in your car" Like sir NOOO, I am trying to park my car close so I can get them from you and load them MYSELF. I asked him what his problem was and he said, "I am just doing my job" Clearly NOT. It's not the first time I've had this bad interaction with this man. He should not be working there and acting like that. No one is treats any one that way and a customer should not be treated like that.

They have great fresh carne asada chicirone and fresh salsas..
They even have produce pan dulce and the like..
Full service market...
The store is very crowded at peak times on the weekend..
Which tells me it must be very good..
Even the butchers are cool and friendly...

Love the chicken! You can smell it a mile away. Oscar is very courteous. Provides excellent service. Chicken does sell fast so it is best to preorder for your parties.

Friendly staff? not with me. The lady cashier had a full-fledged conversation with another employee behind the counter and looked at me like a roach that was bothering her and I had to apologize for interrupting their conversation. More expensive than average as they know there are not many other markets around this area to compete with. Decent selection but they close early 7 - 8 pm.

I'm giving this restaurant five stars because it's one of my family favorite places to eat chicken it comes with beans rice salsa and tortillas corn or flour salad macaroni or potato.

The chicken is always great. Compa pollo will cook it however you like it, just ask. The inside cooked food ( carnitas, chicharrones, buche etc.) Is always cooked daily in the morning. Recommend getting it in the a.m. hours. Other meats are fresh and prepared with seasonings if you like. At this store youre paying for convenience of products. Just keep in mind when purchasing store products.

Outstanding service, quality products, and a friendly attitude make Soto's Market a five star business. Soto's Market/El Pollo Man is one of the most delicious, freshest and affordable roasted style chicken servers you will ever find. Also, come and have some of the exquisitly tasty, and traditional home fried chicharrones (some of the best in the Southern California area. The chicken is so tender and cooked just right. So bring the family and enjoy a taste of tradition at Soto's Market.

This place makes the best Chicharrón in town! Prices are very good. Tip, on weekends they make mesquite grilled chicken, it is the best! Highly recommend it.
