I walked in on a Saturday without an appointment. The waiting room was *full* so I didn't feel too hopeful I would get seen. They called my name and after only 45 minutes I was done, all told. Lina was very kind and made my visit a pleasant one.
I'm so relieved to know they're there. It's really tough to keep up with appointments when your work schedule coincides exactly with doctor's hours. I'm so grateful for these hard working folks.

Last time I was there, maybe 6 weeks ago, I was in and out in under 20 minutes! This location is very busy, but if you go with a good attitude and knowing that everyone there has a back story maybe karma will be good to you. I know the staff has no control over unforseen incidents and cannot predict the future. So give them a break, they are helping you! Good job to all!!

This place is actually infuriating. I waited for 40 minutes (even though I had made an appointment) and when I finally got called, they told me that it just so happened Fridays were the one day of the week where they could not complete my specific test. I asked where in the world I would have been able to learn this information so I wouldn’t have needed to waste an hour, and the tech said she didn’t know. This is not the first time I’ve experienced incredibly poor service at this site, with multiple other instances of ungodly wait times despite having made an appointment. They clearly do not respect people’s time, and even though I have tried to be understanding of the difficult position they are put in as a medical testing site and that they can’t please everyone, this is just a level of profound uncaring for people and their time. I needed this test as soon as possible for a pressing medication prescription, but now I guess I’ll have to wait even longer. Unbelievable.

Almost passed out in the room and the nurse took really good care of me. Even with how busy they were she was very patient, checked in on me, made me comfortable and calm until I felt okay again.

Waited 45 minutes even though I showed up at my appointment time. Otherwise, very good experience.. testing was quick and painless.

This place is very efficient. We arrived 645 am on a Saturday and there are probably 20+ people waiting outside. The front desk is very organized to handle large amount of patients. We came without an appointment and left at 810.

Sonora quest is now making all of the phlebotomists spend 15-30 minutes to enter your order data. They don't actually spend much time on phlebotomy. The phlebotomist are excellent but there are waiting lines on the order of one to three hours. Even if you have an appointment, it takes an hour or two. Sonora quest seems to be doing this to save money on one or two clerks that used to enter the data for the phlebotomist.

We have used them for 20 years with great service. It is now an impossible and dangerous situation, particularly those with an immediate need or those who are taking timed tests. For those with routine tests, you now have the option of sitting in a highly crowded waiting room with many sick people or standing outside in 110° for two hours.

I can only conjecture that they have taken all of the phlebotomists and put them in their optional plan to pay $125 to do the work at your house. Alternatively, they could be trying to force doctors offices to hire clerks and phlebotomists, so that Sonora quest doesn't have to. Or we can go with the CEO decided he needed a pay raise and conjectured that making phlebotomists do 1 draw in the time they used to do 4 was a good idea!

If you have any alternatives at all, do not go to Sonora quest labs, at least until they return to their senses. It is a nightmare.

Crowded. Slow. Bad attitude from front desk. You know the average Sonora Quest experience.

I will get blood work in hell before I choose Sonora Quest myself, but my Dermatologist said it had to be here. ?

I was on Accutane, so I had to get monthly bloodwork, EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. they bruised the crap out of my arm. My PCP’s office does bloodwork and they have never bruised my arm, so I know it’s not just me easily bruising.
