I would like to compliment the excellent customer service provided by Chris Rosano of Sonoma Forge. I had an issue with a shower faucet of the Sonoma Forge WaterBridge Collection where the hot water started to quickly go cold. I had this product for 11 years with no previous issues. I called Sonoma Forge for assistance on how to identify and correct the issue. Chris quickly identified the problem and promptly mailed at no charge new cartridges with simple to follow installation instructions. I installed the new cartridges and the shower now works perfectly again. Excellent customer service, thank you Chris!

After several years of hard use, the hose on our much loved faucet frayed and began leaking. I procrastinated finding a replacement, thinking it was gonna be a pain. I quickly found the name of our faucet by using Google Lens, easy enough. But then I couldn't find accessories for the unit. I gave up and decided to email the company directly with a photo of what I was looking for. Sooooooo glad I did. Chris immediately wrote back, asked a follow up question, then sent my hose "priority" mail, no additional cost!! He even gave us advice on how to change the hose if we were going to do it ourselves. His advice was spot on and it helped my very non-handyman husband replace it without help and in about 25 minutes. I am VERY happy with their products and now service. Thank you Sonoma Forge.

This company produces gorgeous hand-crafted fixtures. The reason for the review, though, is their amazing customer service. After I sent an email about our tub filler developing a leak, someone called me within an hour and offered to send out a replacement. Will definitely purchase from them again.

We bought a Wingnut faucet for our kitchen about 8 years ago and it's been fantastic. In addition to looking great, everything is of the highest quality and their customer support is exceptional.

I've corresponded with Chris R. on multiple occasions with questions about maintenance and, most recently, to replace our hand sprayer hose. He had it in the mail to me the next day and treated it as a no-charge warranty replacement because he felt it should've lasted longer.

Sonoma is first on my list for future plumbing fixture needs.

UPDATE: I'm now 10 years down the road with this fixture and the rubber components of the diverter valve for the sprayer have finally gotten a bit hard, which is causing the faucet to "hum" in use. I asked Sonoma about it and, once again, they're sending a replacement part at no charge despite this clearly being a non-warranty issue. I can't say enough good things about this company.
