I simply cannot overstate the exceptional service provided by this solar installation company. The whole procedure, from the initial consultation with Gregory, through to the inspections, and finally the installation crew's work, was meticulous, comprehensive, and far superior to anything offered by their competitors. The installation team was truly outstanding, displaying both professionalism and mastery in their field. The cost was highly competitive, but the value of the product and overall experience was priceless. After we moved into our home in Lake Mary, we initially had solar panels installed by a different company. Regrettably, the first company didn't adequately build to our required capacity, despite being informed that we planned to install a swimming pool in the future. Fast forward to ten months later, our pool is finished and we've completed our project with this solar company. I've been able to live off-grid and consistently overproduce energy by 20%. This company came in, listened to my needs, built to the capacity I requested, and exceeded expectations. It's been an absolutely wonderful and amazing experience. Our solar project was expertly handled by our brilliant consultant, Mason. He ensured that we were well-informed about all our solar alternatives and persistently addressed all our queries and apprehensions. We procured 21 roof panels, updated our inverter to suit a future battery backup, and also replaced our four-decade-old electrical panel. A year onwards, our True-Up with the power company was $0.00. This has empowered us to consider acquiring a Plug-In Hybrid Car, and we should be able to maintain our True-Up at $0.00!! The installation process and loan procedures were smooth and stress-free. Mason consistently stayed in touch before, during, and after our project. Gregory and I would STRONGLY suggest considering Mason for your Solar Project. He is knowledgeable in his field, easy to communicate with, and extremely patient even when bombarded with countless questions! In the past, I had been contacted by door-to-door and phone representatives and always felt slightly uncomfortable. From the first time we met with Mason, we believed we could trust him, and we were absolutely correct! We couldn't be more pleased with our solar and our positive experience with Mason as our guide.
