If I could give negative stars for this company, I would. We had magic doors installed and it took longer than expected, but they looked nice. They told me an inspector would be here to sign off on the job - no inspector EVER CAME. Less than a year later though, I couldn't get the doors to slide like they should and they were giving me problems. I emailed the lady I had been in contact with for scheduling payments and the install - no response. Several emails later - still no response. I tried calling, left messages - nothing. Finally, skip to over 2 years since the install - doors are unhinged...I cannot get them to work at all. I actually got someone on the phone that said they could come out and do a service call on the following Saturday! Did they show up? Well, you guessed it! I sat there all day Saturday waiting for them to show up - nothing. No service guy, no phone call to tell me why they didn't show up - absolutely nada. I don't know the best way to report this company to someone who might do something...but I'm going to do something about it. Nightmare experience and if I didn't spend so much money on that effing install, I'd be out there with a sledge hammer taking it all down! DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND STAY WELL AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

I cancelled my appointment with them. This guy Michael calls and tells me that both owners need to be there for the meeting. He was rude. How do they expect to get new clients with an attitude? Am sure there are other suppliers that can do this work. It's there loss. I will be contacting four seasons.

Although our project was slightly delayed due to material shortages as a result of hurricane Irma, communication with Scott was not. He provided updates on a revised timeline and completed construction with professionalism and efficiency. We are very pleased with our Magic Walls.

Unprofessional and disorganized. Set an appointment for an estimate, couldn’t even keep that! Their customer “advocate” Lara, is a smart aleck that only seems to advocate for herself and her smarmy attitude. Four Seasons needs another provider in our area.
