If I could give it 0 stars I would. The worst customer service experience I've ever had!! I needed some custom work done and dropped off the items. Zack told me he would get back to me in a day or two. 5 days later, no word. I called the office spoke with a lady who was going to have Zack call me back that day. 6 day later nothing. Called and spoke with Zack and gave me a very poor excuse about being busy and had not had time to speak with the "Boss" and that he would get back to me within 48 hours. 5 more days went by without any response. I finally had to drive there, met with Zack personally and got my items back. No work had even been started on them. I do accept that it was not a BIG job but that is not an excuse or reason. I will never do business nor recommend this outfit.
