Super long lines, only one cashier. That cashier is to busy looking up things on customers cell phone!? Paid no attention to long lines. Finally opened another register but did not take next in line. Last in line was helped first. Still waiting in line when cashier told my wife "chill out you gotta have patience " ... horrible customer service. Should have left product at register and gone across the street to "sprouts". And that is where we will go from now on.. will never shop at smart (ass) & final . Guess that's why they call it final! Will definitely post this experience.. will get friends & family to shop elsewhere. There's plenty choices out there. Like winco , and sprouts and it's right across the street better parking easier to get in and out and never more then 2 in line before manager takes you to a new register. Why shop with you. Speaking of management where are they? Hiding in the office? I've never seen management support on the sales floor. P.s. I would have given no stars but it would not let me. Seriously your not worth 1 star.

I had an exceptional experience with Alan recently. From the moment I approached the checkout, he greeted me with a warm smile and a friendly demeanor. Alan was incredibly efficient and handled my transaction with precision and care. What stood out the most was His willingness to go the extra mile he patiently answered my questions about a product and even helped me find a last-minute item. It's clear that Alan takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about customer satisfaction. I left the store feeling valued and appreciated. Kudos to Smart & Final for having such a dedicated and personable team member!

I stopped by for the first time at this store and loved it! I was shopping for some snacks and was attended by a really nice and friendly cashier(Frances). Very clean and well organized store will definitely be shopping there often.

The employees were not able to find things that they had in stock due to poor organization and the customers that go here were definitely very annoying and pushy.

I absolutely love this place! This is a good middle ground between Costco & normal grocery stores. However, the prices here are outstanding! Every time I check out, I’m stunned at how low my bill is compared to other stores. There is a large parking lot, the store is always well stocked, clean and organized. Everyone is very friendly and I’ve never been stuck in a long checkout line.

Quick day in and out. Was disappointed by spoiled food in the deli section. Took prosciutto and mozzarella dated best buy Sept, 18,24. On the way home we were starving and decided to munch on lunch meat. It was already bad and sour tasting "Beretta" brand disgusting.
