i’m a door-dasher and I come to this store frequently. The cashier name “LUZ” knows her job and what you called “customer services”. she always asked me if everything is ok and fine with my groceries.

The last time I was at this smart and final, it was dirty under stocked. They need to close it down and revamp the store. I’m sorry I didn’t take. Photos was terrible specially for Pleasant Hill.

I guess the closing at 10 is optional. Store is closed at 9pm multiple times. Half the staff seem to suffer from some sorts of downs. Every time I come here it's worse the last. Cluttered isles half unpacked items left laying around while dragging more out. Would seriously just burn this place down and start over. Terrible store. Worst smart and final I have even been in

Staff currently working there are horrible. Talking to each other about how they don’t load the carts with groceries at the register and when the customer “expects” them to (as if it’s NOT in their job description), they say they will ignore the customer and give them attitude! That whole conversation happening while one associate is stocking shelves and the other is ringing up customers. Absolutely disgusting attitude and it’s obvious they don’t care about their jobs. The place has become ghetto!

They don’t treat my fiance Marcia bloodgood properly I was the ONE that told her to quit that job and the manager was not professional. They let customers to be very rude to her and I will be contacting the corporate office to get them to take action on that. I’ve been knowing everything on what have been happening there. They don’t take shoplifting crimes very serious. There have been so many shoplifting incidents and it’s dangerous there. Very valuable items was stolen and all I know they only called police’s TWO times on that incidents. Manager there is poorly trained also more likely negligent with other employees and customers.

Went to this store yesterday. The store was in HUGE disarray. Products on the weekly ad were not only not in stock but appears the store never carried them. After much frustration of not finding items I would normally find in other local Smart and Final locations I took my items to the front for purchase. There was a very long line with only one cashier. I was about ready to abandon the items in my basket and walk out. When I arrived at the front of the check out another employee spoke to the gal that was helping me and made reference to another customer who was mad. My response to witnessing this exchange was that I don't blame this person cause I was also mad and that I'm surprised more people weren't mad. When I said I couldn't find the things I was looking for (shredded cheese, tri tip etc) the employee's response was "I just work here - I don't do the ordering" Clearly customer service is not her strong suit and should find another employment opportunity. That's not how you talk to customers. Zero empathy. I will be taking my business elsewhere
