I am very happy with Slobispo Remodelers. Nate responded the next business day to set up an appointment for a free quote. He arrived on time on that date and listened to my desired projects (two) and offered to quote each job separately. I was impressed by his professionalism. He texted me that he had an opening the next week and asked if that worked for me. Prior to the date that the crew would arrive to begin work, I received a text informing me of who would be arriving and at what time. The guys arrived on time each day and worked diligently all day, kept me informed of when they needed to leave to pick up supplies and when they would return. They were conscientious about their work and even redid a portion because they were not happy with the results. Then I got a followup phone call asking me if I had any complaints regarding the work or the crew (I didn't - they were great!). I would no only definitely call Slobispo Remodelers for my next project, but I highly recommend them to anyone who needs any work to be done - large or small projects (mine was a fairly small job (bubbling & disintegrating stucco along one wall).

SLOBispo Remodelers was amazing and we highly recommend them! We hired Nate and crew to do an upstairs remodel. They renovated a bathroom with shower and vanity, put in new floors, installed a kitchenette, and a lot of drywall and dry rot repair. Nate completed our complicated project on time and within our budget. He was great at troubleshooting and working with us even though we were out of town and often unreachable by phone/text for the entire project. We really appreciated his attention to detail and would hire him for future projects. A+++

I hired Nathaniel to repair fascia boards on my two story house that were water damaged due to flawed gutter. I also had him upgrade electric socket to GFI and switch out a new thermostat. He was on time and gave a thorough written estimate. On the day of service he had correct tools/equipment and assistant Harvey to get all the work done. Will be calling him again for other projects!

SLO Town Handyman / SLObispo Remodels:

The owner Nate is friendly, approachable, and excellent communicator. He came to my home for walk through and estimate for main line bing area of my home flooring replacement. Due to budget concerns/constraints on my end I asked for 3 estimates from full desired job to limiting part of it and also option for me to be responsible for some of the final baseboard painting and painters caulking after the job. The complete job in my case was a little under around 500 sq ft of carpet padding, carpet removal and 200 square ft of 1’ x 1’ tile and thin set removal, all replaced with LVT click lock flooring over new underlayment with vapor barrier. In the end I had him do the full job minus final finishing of the baseboards after reinstalling to stay in m budget. I provided the flooring, underlayment, vapor barrier tape, and colored 100% silicone caulking for areas not having expansion gap under wall vase boards.

His crew Jon, Paul and Trent were all exceptionally professional, friendly, and very hard working. Seriously these guys are great hardworking crew! His Foreman Jon is very detail oriented, a true craftsman and professional and I understand had a background a finish carpenter which becomes obvious as you watch his attention to detail while working. Also crew was very neat and tidy, keeping a clean worksite which always a plus.

We did encounter one unexpected hiccup with a portion of home slab not being as level and smooth as it should have been when the my home was constructed less than 20 years ago, but Jon did an amazing job of smoothing out the imperfect of the slab for proper LVT installation over the top. Nate was very fair in the end on price change for the finalized job.

I can easily recommend Nate and his crew at SLO Town Handy Man / SLObispo Remodelers. Good front side estimated, quality work, and due to his hardworking friendly crew job is efficiently and in my case a little less time than originally anticipated. I am very happy with the work performed!

Nate has been wonderful to work with. He does great quality work, always quick to respond to any of our questions, and took great care of our home with fixing our damaged ceiling due to water damage. We were so pleased with our first experience we reached back out recently for him to fix a hole in our wall and he was able to squeeze us in next day! Can’t recommend this guy enough, we will definitely be reaching out with any of our future needs.
