I read all the reviews before my visit. I was negative because I had similar situations when I waited for more than 10 hours. But today I was surprised and satisfied. 9 tracks in front of me in line, the total time from arrival to loading is 1 hour and 40 minutes. Nice job guys!

One guy or a gay checked in after me! He brought some donuts ? to all the people in the office! We are going the same place for delivery! My appointment was at 12 pm his was the same! In the line he was behind me! We had 4 trucks ahed! Pickup truck went to him and grabbed without waiting in the line! This place it is so corrupted! Just bring them some hotdogs ? and they can kiss your pants for that! I was waiting in the line 3 hrs to get loaded!

Very bad place. Very slow and unprofessional. They loaded us with too much, and then we had to go back and reload. As a result, 8 hours of wasted time, additional unloading, and loading

Appointment time only. You can move hours before your app and will be waiting first in line hours and when your app comes be prepared to wait more couple more hours

Appointment time is needed but they take you in as soon as you get here. Need hard hat and safety vest. Sitting time was 3 hours then load time was about 10 minutes. There is no scale to weigh in or out.

Doesn't really matter at what time you arrive. You could be the first in line, but they'll call trucks behind you. Arrived at 10 was not loaded till 2
