This place is awesome!! I cannot sing enough praises about this place and the painless experience of getting a passport here. We came as a walk-in and were happily surprised how fast and quick the whole process is at Skyline College's passport office. Staff is friendly and informative. We got photos done while waiting for our turn. We budgeted a few hours since we had no appointment and got finished inside of 40 minutes. The bright yellow parking spaces were helpful for locating the right building from satellite view. No fighting for parking, no long lines, they can do the photos, and we didn't burn the whole day. We couldn't even get the post office appointment calendar to load so Skyline College having an office that accepted walk-ins felt like a divine miracle.
Application sent in on March 11th and got passport delivered on March 30th. I didn't believe it was even possible to obtain a passport inside of 2 months let alone 1!

This passport service is a little gem!

It was an absolute delight to meet Kelly who was extremely helpful and efficient. You can make appointments - and I would generally recommend that you do - but we took the chance for a walk-up appointment, and were delighted to find that there was no line on a Friday afternoon. They can get busy (and should be - this is a top-quality service) so do make an appointment if you can. We came prepared with all the necessary copies of documents and that certainly helped our appointment go smoothly and quickly. It's worth noting that you can get your passport photo done at this location, and it's worth the time-saving to do so - and it guarantees you get a picture of the correct specifications for your new passport.

I would highly recommend this location for your next passport renewal.

Updated 2024: The building location has moved; check their website. Now in building 19 and there are two dedicated parking spots for those attending the office for passport applications.

Still a very quick and efficient service. Highly recommended!

Skyline College Passport Services really goes above and beyond. This was the only place that I could get an appointment to renew my passport.

1. Service. I found out that I was missing something in my application on appointment day. Lupe was very accomodating and was able to fit me in sometime in the afternoon. She also helped guide me through some small adjustments I need to make on the form. Appreciate the flexibility in a normally stressful situation.

2. Parking. Two dedicated parking spaces. Being able to park right next to the building is really convenient. Well worth the extra few minutes to drive out of San Francisco.
