I'm not a police officer or anything like that -- just a guy looking for a park ranger Halloween costume. Even though I'm not, this place is amazing! Excellent customer service from everyone I met; they went above and beyond to find what I was looking for, and even rushed the alterations on my pants just so I could have them in time. Thanks so much to all the staff at Skagg's -- y'all are incredible!

This is hands down the best, and always my number 1 choice in my law enforcement gear and vest alterations. I have never left the Mesa location unsatisfied! They always have exactly what I need, when I need it. SueAnn is the greatest, she always has a smile on her face, and has always been so helpful, and knowledgeable on anything I need help with. No women's EMS pants, which is a bummer. It's hard for me to find ones that fit right off the rack because I'm very petite. I did speak with one of the staff women on the phone and she was very helpful in providing me some options, including bringing them in to their seamstress. She took her time to look for any available pants in case they did have my size. Thanks for doing that.

Edit: fixed my review from 3 to 5 stars just because they have great customer service.

By far the best retail experience I’ve had. Everyone is friendly, knowledgeable and prompt in their service. They’re helpful but at the same time not forcing a sale. Among other items, I purchased two shirts with patches sewn on in less than 30 minutes. I’ll definitely be back in the future.

Stopped in at Skaggs this afternoon to pick up over $400 worth of uniforms & gear for my new position, working for the State of AZ.
The woman that ended up helping me was VERY courteous & attentive to my needs, literally from start to finish (I only wish that I could recall her name!).
When my visit was done & over with, I ended up walking out of the store a VERY satisfied customer. I will MOST definitely return, when I find myself in need of more uniforms & gear, in the future!

I have only been here a handful of times. But every single visit, whether busy or not, they have provided me with great service. I will actually say that they probably have the best customer service of any business I have been to in a long time. I was very surprised because it seems that great Customer Service is so rare these days. They have decent prices on most accessories and if you look closely, you may get a better deal than some online stores. I definitely recommend these guys.
