My husband & I bought the perfect bedroom set for our master bedroom, & it happened to be on sale, for quite a discounted, reasonable price! Salesman Bob Kelly was very attentive, helpful, knowledgeable, & friendly. Everything was delivered & setup today, on time, by professionals. We're very pleased, & we highly recommend Sims!

We purchased a couch and love seat, both recliners about 7 years ago. The 3 seater couch is still in excellent condition, but when we moved house, the removers damaged the love seat and it couldn't be repaired. Went back to Sims in Lecanto and they were able to get us the matching love seat in the exact color. Chelsea the salesperson was awesome, very helpful.

The two delivery men were also excellent. Put the couch exactly were we wanted it.

My Son and I went to Sims Furniture in Lecanto Florida to buy a lift chair for me. The Two sales.people lied about the warranty on the chair I decided to buy and once my credit was approved they tried to sell me a more expensive chair. They said Lazyboys are to expensive and are made in China, LOL. The paper work they gave me was incomplete and unreadable. My son went back in and found that they had lied about the warranty. They ended up canceling the purchase! I have never seen such underhanded sales tactics!!!!

Our salesman, Bob, was wonderful. He took his time with us and had me try many different pieces of furniture to see if my feet touched the floor, to see if my back sat straight or too much lean in back. After all the care, we bought a couch and recliner. Now said we'd get the furniture in 2 1/2 months. We will see. Also, MADE IN AMERICA

Bought a couch 5 months ago and cushions are already worn. I bought the warranty and it’s not covered. No return calls. Very poor quality

Good size showroom with a range of furniture options. Sales staff not pushy and let us wander without interfering. Didn't find a bed we wanted, but did purchase two counter stools we liked for a fair price.

My husband and I were told about Simms by a neighbor after we priced beds at some local retailers and were shocked at the prices😳 We decided to stop because we were in Cystal River on business and had to pass right by there. Well we are glad we did! They have a nice selection of furniture to choose from, and their prices are way more affordable, we were pleasantly surprised. We purchased a king sized bed complete and ended up ordering a chair because they didn't have the color I wanted in showroom. They delivered the bed on time, put it together took our old bed out and did a nice job. The delivery guys were polite and professional! We will definitely be shopping with them again even though they are about 45 minutes away! Well worth the drive❣
