Not impressed by any of the staff. Extremely INEFFICIENT FACILITY!

1. Was told my insurance cost was $410($50 less than cash pay) asked them to re check my benefits and was then told...no charge.

I was scheduled for both a mammogram AND ultrasound. I get the first done and am told to wait in a room for the results. I wait for 20 min and decided to leave and told them to CALL me w the results. Well... someone was supposed to take me to get an ultrasound and no one ever did. They dropped the ball. I reschedule and they're booked over 2 mnths out for an ultra sounds. Thanks for wasting my time!

The whole process was easy from scheduling (by phone) to appointment completion. I wanted all 3 tests done at the same facility and same day close together. This was accomplished at the Simon Med Spectrum facility. All tests went quickly with very little wasted ‘wait’ time. Everyone was informative, helpful and professional. The key is to complete paperwork on line and get there 15 min early.

I scheduled an appointment for 2:45pm on 9-7-2024 for an MRI

I received a text early am on 9-7 saying my appointment has been moved up to 2:15 which I appreciated.

I arrived 30 minutes as requested only to be told that the MRI was running 1 hour behind

Why was I not sent a text advising me of the delay

Very poor service and communication

I had an appointment at 10:30. I walked through the door at 10:17. Didn't get to the front of the line until 10:32. Didn't get taken to the room until 11:00. They did my procedure but I felt like it wasn't quite right. I questioned them, and they insisted it was correct. I asked them to show me the order from my doctor. Sure enough they hadn't done one of the things the doctor had ordered. If my doctor hadn't explained to me what I would experience, I would never have known to question them and would've walked out without everything done that I needed, and would've had to go back. Having said that, they all were polite, the facility was clean and well kept and pleasant to be in.

I had two tests scheduled and I only waited a very short time to be called back. I was in and out in about 40 minutes. Every one was friendly and professional. I will definitely return to this location.

5-Stars for the front desk personnel, radiology technicians and management at THIS location. Specifically, I am writing to recognize an employee who went above and beyond the call of duty. Laura at the front desk was extremely helpful in resolving a complicated issue. She was welcoming, patient and generally seemed to have an interest in finding an acceptable resolution to the problem. She actively listened to the course of events leading to the problem. She asked clarifying questions to gain better understanding. Though she played no part in the problem, on behalf of SimonMed, she apologized – that meant a lot. Then she. appropriately involved management and an acceptable solution was found. What great customer service! Because of frustrations, this situation could’ve turned out differently. However, her great communication skills and pleasant attitude made the difference. More offices need front desk employees like her-They are the faces of your business.

Absolutely hate this place!!! They only care about money. Refuse to bill you later. Won’t do any testing without payment up front. Definitely are only in the business of making money and don’t care about the patients. Front staff is rude too. Will definitely be looking for a new place to have medical testing done.

I was very impressed with how quickly they sent me a message to get me scheduled. From there, it was kind of a cluster. When I called to schedule, one of the people told me there was an error message about my insurance, which turned out later to be nothing… I was transferred six different times and three of those times the call was dropped while I waited for them to figure out whatever they needed to figure out. I called my own insurance company and they said no authorization was needed and everything was good to go. When I showed up for my appointment, I was asked if I was going to pay the entire bill self-pay, surprisingly. I told them again that my insurance said everything was good to go, AND that someone from Simon Med had actually called me and told me everything was good to go. but still ended up waiting over an hour and a half for them to verify, to get in for my “Stat“ scan, which took about five minutes when they finally got me back. The technician was fabulous and very informative. I was told I would probably have a call from the doctor that night or early in the morning since it was stat. Is now 4:15 PM the next day and after four phone calls nobody has any information yet. Not sure if the error is the imaging center or doctor’s office at this point but doctor’s office said they still can’t find the fax. Still waiting. I will change and update this review if explanation is given at some point.

I just now received an email that an old credit I don’t even have now was charged $239 from them when I was never informed of this. So I guess I will be probably making six more phone calls to figure this out. changing my review to two stars now. You can do so much better guys.
