I had to get imaging for an ultrasound, since I’m “self-pay” I called different imaging locations and SimonMed was the one that was way more affordable. Unfortunately it did have to get rescheduled a week later due to technical difficulties they were having. I believe her name is Mia whom I would talk to on the phone she was very nice and helpful when it came to getting information.

Check-in was really easy, showed the receptionist my order form and paid my fee. Did not have to wait much I believe it took 3-5 minutes. Natalie was my ultrasound tech and she was very nice & professional. She was very thorough with explaining the process, she asked if I had any questions, & was very accommodating.

The office was nice & clean. Loved the holiday spirit!

The front desk ladies were very helpful and efficient. The CT technician Courtney was excellent. He explained everything very thoughtfully and thoroughly. My only complaint is that the online login instructions told me to read the pre test instructions. All is said was to arrive 15 minutes early and bring my insurance card and ID. Courtney informed me thst I needed to be fasting for 4 hours prior to my CT with contrast so I would not get nauseated from the contrast dye. He had to delay my procedure for 1 1/2 hours as a result. I went back to the registration email and appointment confirmation login online, and there was not any information anywhere instructing me to fast prior to my procedure. Even after I clicked on the information that let them know that I was having a CT with contrast. I also was not instructed verbally about this when I was called by a staff member to confirm my appointment.

Shay, Leesburg location manager, goes above and beyond to make sure all the necessary paperwork is on file before I arrive. Friendly, professional service and if she says she will call you back, she will call you back. Impressive!

Outstanding staff like Lizette and Courtney round out the experience. Highly recommended.

Nice facility next to downtown Leesburg parking garage. The front desk females were not particularly friendly nor polite. However, the lovely ladies who did my procedures were kind, personable, respectful, & lovely. I would definitely recommend that you complete your paperwork online before your appointment.

Overall, your staff provides excellent customer service. However, waiting extensively to pay a $40 fee for additional analysis was (in my view) unacceptable. I believe your internal processes could improve.

I'm a former Hospital Administrator and Registered Nurse and was very pleased with SimonMed. My experience was very positive. From check-in to completion of my tests the staff was professional, friendly and helpful.
Throughout the process they were empathetic to my physical limitations and pain associated with the process.
Procedures were completed efficiently and quickly. The technicians introduced themselves and explained what they were doing throughout the process.
The wait time was reasonable with. my procedure beginning close to my appointment time. I had an appointment and completed all my paperwork online which may have helped.
The other Radiology center I've been using has been horrible. Always long waits, unpleasant staff and feeling like cattle being herded through for the dollars.
SimonMed was a pleasant surprise and an enjoyable experience. I'd recommend it to anyone needing radiological testing.
In the future I will definitely be going to SimonMed for my Radiology procedures.

Wait time was good. Check in time was done quickly.Young lady who did mammogram was polite,showed she cared about her work and and very helpful to see I was safe not to fall during X-ray because of my disability. Excellent team work. Pleasant experience. Thank you!

Everyone was courteous, professional, and caring. Also prompt.The office is clean and organized. Front desk staff, including Lizette, were very helpful and friendly. The X-ray Tech, Courtney, made me feel at ease and that I was in very capable hands. He went above and beyond in making my visit a positive experience. His light hearted spirit made what could be an uncomfortable type of appointment an easy in and out experience.
