I called looking for a showroom and while they don’t fully offer that service someone was kind enough to spend time on the phone with me pointing me in the right direction. Most don’t stop to truly help another unless something is in it for them. I was blown away by how helpful this gentleman was. Thank you greatly. This business has excuse after excuse when you have issues with an end product.
Had an outdoor kitchen installed in August of 2022. The price we paid for a kit kitchen was way more than what I could have bought it for and done it myself. Then after it was installed, the refrigerator door had a ding in it. We were told a new one was ordered on multiple different occasions. It was excuse after excuse of why it took so long to come in. In July of 2023, a service tech came out to install a new door, but that door was damaged as well, and we were told a new one was ordered, and we would receive a call or email when it came in to get it installed.When no one contacted us to schedule a date to get it installed, we emailed them in November to find out what is taking so long, apparently the door was never ordered as stated it was by the project manager in an email she sent to my wife that day in July, and apparently the owner was not aware of the door being installed in July was damaged. Coincidentally the day after the email, a new door was ordered and drop shipped to-our home. Today December 21,2023, a service tech came out to install it, and it was the wrong size door. So after 16 months, we still do not have a new door, and a new one was ordered. I will update when this issue is finally resolved.

I highly recommend Julie and Lee of Signature Kitchens for the kitchen of your dreams! They are an absolute pleasure to work with from beginning to end! I brought to their showroom graph sheets of paper and magazine photos of my vision. Many other kitchen companies would not entertain my idea of taking down walls to increase the functionality of the kitchen / family room space. Not Julie and Lee.... they listened and did everything they could to partner with me, beginning with personally connecting me with a GC so that my kitchen could be transformed! They then developed 3D renderings in CAD software. I knew exactly how my kitchen would look before a wall ever came down. The quality of cabinets and customization is something that sets Signature apart from anyone else. It's a beautiful work of art. The installation is impeccable. Lee's attention to detail is second to none! If you are planning or remodeling, look no farther. You will be thrilled with your kitchen and make a new friendship with Julie and Lee.

My project included a new kitchen (including 2 new appliances), a laundry room and a large work room. I enjoyed working with the design team who had great ideas, offered good advice and worked patiently with me. The install team was professional, organized and always kept the job site very clean. I am very pleased with the cabinet quality and the design/layout of each room. If I ever have to remodel, I would certainly look forward to working with Signature Kitchen again.
