I read all of the reviews before we came over here to load so I was worried that it would be a hassle. But I was pleasantly surprised that it wasn’t as bad as I had anticipated. If you have a conestoga trailer then you might have a bit of a width problem. Thankfully, our loader was super nice and helped every way possible to ensure our load would fit. It did take awhile to load but only because we had a conestoga. But we did get it loaded and that’s what matters.

DRIVERS BEWARE. Loaded here and was told the load was tarped. Shipping said no tarp required. Got to the receiver and they said yes had to be tarped. I found out from a prime driver with the same load who was also told no tarp that’s it’s a scam they’ve been pulling on prime and obviously other drivers. The receiver will claim the load making the carrier pay and then ship another load down to them. Buy 1 get 1 free for the receiver. Moving twice as much product for the shipper. It’s a shame a company that big would be trying to do drivers dirty like that. Yes there was error on my part to for not double checking with the customer. I know it won’t matter to them but my 5 trucks will never haul their loads again.

DRIVERS DONT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID. TARP EVERYTHING OUT OF THERE!!!
