Ordered a set of nylon rivets. One was missing and a second a manufacturing defect. Called and the person I spoke with was very courteous and apologized. I only asked for the two and he sent a pack of 12. Shoals stands behind their products, not just the music!

Just completed a house and had the priveledge of working with Jon and his staff at Shoals Products. Great products and customer service was second to none. With Covid nothing has a definite timeline anymore but I have to give it to these guys for staying in touch and on top of things to keep you informed on what is going on. This is our second time doing business with Jon and I can’t say enough about his willingness to make sure things are right and the customer is satisfied. Can’t say enough about their service.
