Show up on time......take more than 3-4 hours to unload. There are two docks, but they do one at a time bs and average 1.5 hours per truck unloading, also there is NO room to wait and they literally might tell you to leave and come back another day, thank God I got here with one guy in front of me, feel sorry for the 4 other guys behind me......smdh. i gave two stars because the dock workers are ok, just shitty setup all around.

Reviews are about right. It's disorganized. No clear markings for shipping and receiving. Shipping and receiving are the first set of docks upfront. Bulk tanker toward the back. Maybe because it was the weekend and maybe they don't have enough staff so I'll give them the benefit of the doubt. I'm just waiting for my door.

Truck entrance is on the south east corner of the facility. Clear signs for shipping and receiving. Backing can be a little tight when trucks are parked in front of the docks but otherwise there is plenty of space to back in to the docks once you get them to move out of the way. They signed my BOL as soon as I checked in which was convenient since I was very close to my payroll cut off. Make sure to move your tandems to the back. They had me unloaded in one hour. I have no issue with returning here for another delivery.

Kept me waiting for 4 hours on 10 pallets. It was a return. That’s should be ready to load into the truck. It took forever. The problem was the crew that wrap the pallets were on break or meeting. That’s was the excuse from them. The wrap machine was broken and I told them to wrap by hand . Big waste of time . Terrible service at 4pm all those guys was ready to hit the door. Forget the drive, let’s go home! I hope I don’t have to come to this place again!

Tanker unload. Arrived at 3am and they said there are 2 trucks ahead of you.
It's now 10:30pm, yes PM! And they still haven't started unloading me. This is abuse! This is an abusive company. I will not buy their products and I will actively encourage others not to also.
No driver room, no proper restroom. No vending machines. I'm lucky I have food and drink with me.
