Today went to LOL Sherwin Williams to return some paint that we had picked up at a different SW, (long story). Somehow we had gotten the wrong color. The manager of LOL SW was wonderful, helpful, and will always have our business.
We are painting 3 new houses and are just getting started so we will be spending some time and money with THE BEST Sherwin Williams. If you want no hassle and friendly, genuine customer service go to Land O Lakes Sherwin Williams, you won't be disappointed!

Was never even acknowledged in my more than 25 minutes in the store. Even when helping someone else, it takes 5 seconds to say they'll be with me.

It was clear they weren't interested in helping, so I left.

I went on Sunday Morning, and all I can say is that the Service of Rob is horrible. He acted like he didn’t want to work, I am an architect from a big company and he didn’t give me the discount that I have.

Gentleman that helped us (Bill?) Was extremely knowledgeable. He was so friendly and helpful, and somehow made our visit to the paint store (no offense) such a majorly pleasant experience that we've raved to 3 people about our trip already. We've had some bad experiences recently at other stores, and even though this one is a bit further for us, we'll definitely be back.

The manager of this store, Jerry, gave outstanding customer service! We were in a no win situation with matching an existing exterior color and he gave me the win, even though the error was more on me. The store is close. The salesman I worked with has worked with me for years and is always patient and answers all my questions. He gave me very specific instructions on how to prime and paint my front door and assured me that I could do it well. He was right. It looks great.
