These guys have been drilling near my backyard for 2 months 24/7. They have been doing this without letting us know and ignoring noise ordinance in San Bernadino County. We can't even open the window because of the noise and as you know, it's been really hot these days. I called them but they said they don't need to keep the noise ordinance. So let me get this straight. They don't need to let the neighbor know and just start drilling next door. I just wanted to know when this will end, but all I hear is they can do whatever they want. The manager supposed to get back to me but he never did.

Educate yourself before buying homes in this water companies domain.
This water company is NOT meeting the standards set by state or even coming close. It's current infrastructure is crumbling from years of neglect.
The costs of meeting these standards is somewhere in the 12 million dollar range which will fall on the customers/shareholders to pay.
