Thank you Mr. Gene Brooks for always providing us the best Sharp Copying Machines for almost 17 yrs. Mr. Brooks has always been thorough, attentive, reliable & honest to our needs. Sharp Business is a great company to work with. Our service technician by the name Charles Garcia is the best service technician in the bay area. He is diligent, friendly, professional, and a great problem solver. The few times I call in for service on a machine due to a copier jam, Charles is out in our campus the same with a smile on his face. Several years ago, we sought help with our office copier/printer/scan/fax and phone problems from Sharp Business Systems Account Executive, Eugene Brooks. He happened to be a friend of one of our employees. He has consistently come through for us in providing for all of our needs and whenever we have required service he has referred us to the most knowledgeable and polite technicians. Most recently, we installed a new computer system, which necessitated reconnection of our services to a new server. Gene came through again to ensure we experienced as little down time as possible. Very happy with the support we get from Sharp Business Systems.
Daniel Tse has serviced our copier multiple times and is great at explaining the problems and how to solve them and teaches us troubleshooting measures. He also notices when parts may be worn and preemptively orders parts and fixes things for us to keep our heavily used machine running great.
