A complete waste of a good company. Who hires a guy from the mines and hasn't a clue on how to run a business effectively and properly. The overturn from this company amazes me. The manager running the show has no clue. Who constantly runs out of supplies just to send the workers home. Bad business. They need a real manager and the company would be amazing. For now they take in anyone, they don't train properly and the rules are constantly changing. You cant work in Arizona and go by Indiana laws. Just a shame. I don't recommend anyone to work here. They treat their employees so poorly. That's exactly why the turnover is so high. So if you're considering working here run, go far away and find a workplace with ethics and morals. You will not find it here.
