We had an absolutely awesome experience dealing with Devin (our salesperson) and the rest of the Shaffer golf cart family! Truth be told, we have been searching for a golf cart for our family for the last three months or so. After contacting at least half a dozen golf cart dealers around the country (with the vast majority never even returning my calls or emails), I was pleasantly surprised when Devin responded to my online inquiry that same day! We were able to purchase an absolutely awesome Atlas four passenger lifted golf cart within three days after our initial inquiry..which is fantastic! They also delivered our cart, which is about 2.5 hours from the dealership where our cart was located. I just purchased a 2024 Non-Lifted 4 pax Atlas Golf Cart from Shaffer’s ACGC and couldn’t be happier! I worked with Danny and Margaret in the Largo store and they were both amazing. Truly a pleasure to work with. They got me the best price on my new cart, with the best financing available. when I walked in their store a month ago, I was actually looking at another brand, but Danny began giving me all the upgrades that Atlas offers and it was just what I was looking for. Margaret and Danny are both very knowledgeable and also very kind and sincere, they really made sure I was purchasing what I wanted. After the actual sale I worked with Anthony and Raquel, their business partners located at the Palm Harbor store. Again, a true pleasure to work with. They set up the delivery of my cart to include providing all the equipment to make the cart street legal and the paperwork for the Title and Tag. A true family business as I also worked with their son, Devin, who helped me with the financing paperwork and answered all my questions while doing a “walk around” of my cart. A fine young man! Several days later Duncan delivered my cart and gave me a thorough and informative tour of my new cart, including the amazing sound bar that was installed. I would totally and definitely recommend Shaffer’s ACGC to anyone looking to purchase a lifted/non-lifted, 4 or 6 Passenger Golf Cart. Their product and customer service are amazing. Anthony told me, “You are family now” and I do feel like family. Can’t wait to visit the shop while my cart gets preventive maintenance done in 6 months. Thank you all!

We shopped the market for carts. We visited 4 dealers to test drive. We then narrowed our search to 2. In the end, we liked both the Atlas cart and the friendly approach of Devin and Anthony at Shaffers. Superior customer service! We have a six seat Bintelli golf cart and were vacationing at Fort Wilderness in Orlando. The large nut that connects the front wheel to the control arm came off and the front wheel nearly collapsed. I called Anthony at the Palm Harbor store and he was awesome! I sent him pictures of the issue and he worked with the tech, Brian, to find a replacement nut that I could use. They identified and located a spare nut and had it ready for my son-in-law to pick up and bring it to me. Anthony really went out of his way to help me and promptly responded to my texts and calls. He also followed up to ensure everything worked out. Truly outstanding customer service!!! You can’t find that with most businesses these days. Thanks Anthony. You saved our vacation!!!!
