Great experience, they advised us that there would be a 45 min wait, but totally worth it! Must orders: the mushrooms and the wings (and the burger of course). Skip the fries, they were nothing out of this world. Everything else was spectacular, bonus, they had my favorite beer!

A super unique spot! I’ve gone for a private dinner in their kitchen with friends multiple times at this point. Essentially a meat omakase where they just bring dish after dish of amazingly cooked, flavorful, and unique dishes all prepared in front of you. Super relaxed vibe with music playing, we brought our own bottles of wine, and the conversation with the workers was easy going and enjoyable. Some meats were common, while others I would never know to order. The chef is innovative, all the way to dessert—where he served us homemade, fat-infused vanilla ice cream topped with his homemade caramel. The entire night was a ride of rich flavors in a chilled out and enjoyable atmosphere that is truly unmatched. 11/10

Amazing Experience at Shadow Wagyu!

I recently visited Shadow Wagyu and had an incredible dining experience. From the moment we walked in, the staff was exceptionally friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home.

I ordered the skirt steak, which was cooked to perfection—tender, juicy, and packed with flavor. We also tried the fried cheese with guava sauce, and it was the perfect balance of savory and sweet—a true must-try!

To top it all off, they have a fantastic variety of beers that complemented the meal perfectly. Overall, Shadow Wagyu offers great food, excellent service, and a cozy atmosphere. Can’t wait to come back!

My only complaint - too busy. This place is top notch whether it’s from their butchery or kitchen. Expect delicious food, and most importantly well marbled american and japanese cuts. I’m a big fan of the burger as shown in the picture. However - passing up the steak frites is a mistake get one of each and share with ur friend or partner. Note: Potato bun for the win.

We thought we were lucky when we got seated quickly, but that was the only good part of our experience. It took a staggering 1 hour and 15 minutes to get our burgers. The music and ambiance were not enjoyable, the burguers were good but not worth the price—$132 for two burgers, two croquetas, and three beers. Definitely not worth it. We won’t be coming back. If you want a good burguer for an excellent price go to fogo de chao

By far and across all of the countries that I have been to, this was the most delicious and perfect meal I have ever had! Every bite was a surprise and packed with interesting and exquisite flavor. Even the desert, churros fried in Wagyu fat, scallions and savory sauce on the ice cream. Al and his team of chefs made our night beyond perfect. The experience at the chef’s table is a must. Besides being cared for with top notch ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ service, you still feel like you are eating in your friend’s kitchen. I was mystified watching all of the chefs express their culinary superpowers in a fast moving, very small kitchen. It was like seeing a ballet mixed with a triathlon.
