I love this resort. Had a minor issue with the chair service guy… the blonde surfer looking one. He yelled at my husband for setting up the umbrella and then allowed a white family to set theirs up. I had to stop my husband from getting confrontational because I know how Florida is. Other than that, I love the place. I’ll bring my own chairs next time.

Unit 1503 was fabulous! Rebecca and Ben were great to work with. The unit was clean. The views were amazing. We were a short drive to grocery stores or restaurants. We even walked to a few stores. The dollar store was less than half mile when we realized we forgot to buy butter. I'd highly recommend this unit and plan to book it again.

Stayed in Condo 504. It was clean and bed was comfortable. But.....2nd bathroom the water pressure was not good. Took over 5 minutes for the water to get Luke warm. After flushing the toilet the water would fill the tank and stop, then restart filling and stop until it was full. Reason I know this, very loud noise it would make when tank was filling.. Neighbor woke me up in the middle of the night when they flushed so I'm sure when we flushed we woke them up as well. Ice maker in the fridge doesn't work. Can't open up the oven door all the way because it hit the handle of the freezer door. There are little things you needed to buy for yourself like a bottle opener and salt and pepper shakers.

Great location. The condo & grounds were very clean. The pool was clean and had a great temperature. I really enjoyed getting chairs on the beach for no charge. The condo had everything we needed to make meals. Did have a problem with the door lock and it was quickly fixed. Really enjoyed my time here and will definitely use Vacassa again in the future.

We stayed a week here and it couldn't of been more perfect. We stayed in 707 and our condo was absolutely beautiful! The day before you arrive, they send you the code to get into the parking garage and the code to get into your condo. They have carts on the 3rd floor, so getting all your belongings to your condo is a breeze. Our condo had pretty much everything you need. Shampoo, laundry detergent, dish soap, plenty of towels, washer and dryer and even pool noodles and tubes! The elevators were nice and you didn't have to wait very long for one to arrive. We didn't cook in the kitchen but from what I saw, they had everything you would need to make a meal. Chair rentals are also included for free but make sure you check in at the shack first. I didn't know and the guy yelled at me. Overall, it was a wonderful stay and we will be back someday!

Love this place. Jan & Feb 2024 was or 2nd yr staying but we had to be moved because of the tornado damageing all the amenities. Didnt care as much for where we were moved to. Was a nice place but we like Seychelles better because its lots closer to St. Andrews park. Going back to Seychelles again for Jan & Feb 2025. Love that it right next door to Schooners. We'll be there for xmas & new years this year also. Its going to be a great time at the Schooners new years party. Cant wait!!!

Loved condo location space and decor. Only comment is need better instructions on what the tv offers and how to access. Need to include a blow dryer and full size coffee pot. Overall loved and would rent again.
