American manufacturing committed to an excellent product and the safety and morale of their employees. Many false reviews here complaining of customer service with vendors, not the manufacturer. This is a manufacturing plant, not a retail store. There are absolutely ZERO direct to customer sales from this location. Good people and a good product that is made from start to finish with local workers.
Disparaging remarks directed at American Furniture Warehouse or any other vendor have absolutely zero relevance to this plant and its great workers and management team.

I bought a 1500 dollar bed at American Furniture Warehouse back on the 14 of june, they told me I'd receive it by the 25th and nothing, every time I call they push it back a week. Now they tell me I won't get it till the 17th of August!! They keep telling me that serta keeps pushing back the item, this is just unacceptable! Mean while where's my money? I'm going back to get a refund. Worst customer service ever!! I'd give it zero stars if I could!!

Came in 2.5 hours late after receiving hours to drop, very polite and started unloading when I hit the dock. Wish we could have more like this.
