Henry was super helpful and patient. He answered all my questions and I didn’t feel rushed or pressured. I was able to view all the cars I was interested in, even if they were not ready for sale at the moment. He explained and demonstrated the features of the Crosstrek that I purchased. Leased an EV6 from Andrew Eliopoulos and manager John Bennett yesterday. They made things right for us when we found that the model we’d driven to see and lease had been sold. They put is in a GT extended range with all the safety and performance features we’d wanted in an EV6 and made the financing on the lease work for our budget. The finance process with Andrew and RC went smoothly and we brought our great EV home for 2 years. We felt the dealership has a real commitment to meeting their customers’ needs. Service leaves a lot to be desired. One tech working who is chatting with previous customer about family while 3 of us wait to check in. Never called to pick up the car, blocked in and no one can find the keys to let me out. No sense of urgency to get me on my way. When I commented it wasn't a good first impression, I was told I was welcome to go somewhere else. I will be.

The dealership is in a quieter location than many dealerships so we could enjoy the test drive. The process was pretty seamless once we decided on the vehicle and our sales rep Yuri worked hard to follow up to find the color we preferred (as the Niro EVs are in short supply across the Bay Area) and all the way through the purchase process with finance department. Very happy with our new car!
