My sales rep was Gema. I was at Serramonte 30 minutes prior to closing. She greeted me with a positive hello in her tone and asked how I was doing then asked if she could help me. She was able to answer my questions and if there was something she didn’t know she was honest and responded with I can find out for you. No pressure. Just facts and a great attitude. I went in thinking I was not going to trade in my car. I just wanted to see if it would be possible. Mind you I only had this car for a year. I just finish purchasing my 4th truck on 8/31/24 this has been a great experience once again my sales person Vaughn was great. I must say the other manager Hamza made my deal go by quickly and smoothly if it wasn’t for them this deal would not have been done today. The gentlemen at Serramonte Ford did not waste our time, no haggling, very competent. We came in for a certain CPO and ended up leaving with a different one because we wanted leather. I was able to get an appointment first thing in the morning. Dropped the car off and had breakfast within walking distance. Provided the service requested in the specified amount of time. A working desk with WiFi was available for me to have a meeting while waiting. Was able to use my Ford reward points to pay for part of the service. All round great experience.

The sales department is great, they communicate very well with the people and they are very helpful and friendly, but I don't like the service side, the service side should also be better, but they are friendly. I left my car for service today, I think the package I bought includes car wash and charging, these were not done when I bought the car, I hope everything will be better, thank you.
