The local Sentry office offers very high customer service. Heather and Jaime helped me today and were outstanding. Thank you!

I agree that your local customer service is great, but your accounting team and insurance team is extremely lacking. I now have a large invoice for a concentrator because you have not communicated properly. All of the issues I have with corporate Rotech could have been avoided with proper communication.

Today Heather assisted me and took the time necessary to explained how to use the units. Even with a full house Heather spent the time needed to educate me on the systems and how to use it and maintain the units. Was very friendly and made it less scary of having to use these units. No one ever said getting older was going to be fun but always nice to have good people that care. This is who Heather is a caring and informative worker and we are lucky to have Heather as an agent for Sentry Health. Thanks for making these trying moments not so scary.

Heather Benton is an angel!! She was able to figure out in a few hours what the flagstaff office wouldn't or couldn't get figured out for over 2 years and get my wife a new air machine because the old one was NEVER SERVICED ONCE!! SHAME ON THE FLAGSTAFF OFFICE!! Thank you miss Heather, my wife and I appreciate you very much!!

My dad has been dealing with this company for three years trying to get a portable oxygen concentrator. Every time it's a different excuse as to why he can't get it. My dad was told he would FINALLY be getting a portable concentrator at the end of April of this year. The end of April comes around and no one contacted him. My dad finally had time to go up and talk to someone today about why he hadn't got his portable concentrator, they gave him not one, but TWO excuses. 1. He was too far into his billing cycle to get a portable concentrator. 2. My dad's doctor supposedly gave the wrong prescription to get a portable oxygen concentrator. My dad will find another company to do business with that might be a little more willing to work with him.

I had issues with my mask order and contacted the help desk for assistance. The response I received was horrible, very non responsive, I finally gave up and went to a local Sentry Home Health store. I met Brandon and he was excellent helping me with my mask order, a great representative for Rotech and Sentry Home Health, the five-star rating is for them. Someone should look into the web help resource, it is really, really bad.

I was diagnosed with Covid pneumonia at my Drs office at Summit and was put on oxygen. I was told that it was too late to get it that day but I needed it. I called Sentry to see if I could possibly speed things up and through the outstanding efforts of Michelle, Kara and Francisco my car was loaded with all my needed supplies even though it was after hours for them. I cannot thank them enough for their over and above courtesies they extended to me. Highly RECOMMENDED!
