We recently purchased a Senfeng 3015H 5x10 laser with a 3K IPG resonator. From the first initial contact with Bin in California right up through delivery, installation and training, we have been very happy with the service that Senfeng has provided. We have also been very satisfied and pleasantly surprised with the build quality and performance of our new laser. It has met and exceeded our expectations. Senfeng makes a quality, cost effective laser that allows small companies like ourselves to take a huge step forward in our manufacturing capabilities.

Loving our SF3015G. We are sheet metal shop that does commercial ductwork and custom fab. We cut, form, and weld aluminum, steel, stainless, and galvanized of all shapes and sizes. This machine is nearly a complete replacement for our 60”x240” 100 amp plasma table.

Holes right to tap drill size, forming marks, precision cuts, we couldn’t be more pleased.

Unit was on the ship when we ordered it. We received it in 3 weeks time. Roy, our startup engineer was here shortly after the machine. We were running in 2 days. Still making adjustments to our parameters and getting better every day.

The one this that could be improved is the information for the electrical requirements. This was mostly language barrier. I thought I was getting two transformers and received one large one. A small power panel later, all was well in the world.

Time will tell, but from the 3 months we’ve been running, this is a home run! Being in Louisiana, temperature on the chiller water was a bit of an issue when it’s 100 degrees in our shop, but a little booster tan on the top of the chiller solved that problem.

Highly recommend this equipment.

We have been using the Senfeng Laser Cutting Machines for more than 2 years and these machines are the best you can get now, they have an excellent performance at very low maintenance cost.

These machines has a great presicion and very good quality cut definition, this is important for us because it requires minimal after work.

During these two years we had just a few simple technical issues that were easily solved by Senfeng remote thechnical support by phone.

Preventive maintenance and consumable costs is almost zero; the needed spare parts (i.e. lens protectors and nozzles) were provided when we bought machine.

Looked for a laser in our budget & found Senfeng after a while of searching. Got one of their in stock units and delivery was quick. We had an issue with our chiller unit but it was diagnosed and solved by their technician Roy. He set it up real quick and gave a great demonstration on running the laser. Even after the initial startup any questions I have Roy answers them right away and keeps us smooth sailing. Overall a great purchase.

UPDATE Just bought another machine for our TX location SenFeng is awesome!

Visited SenFeng Laser's LA location and did a demo of the 1.5kw handheld laser welder and the 1.5kw 3015G cnc.

I'm incredibly impressed with the people there. Bin and Edmond where awesome. Answered the 1000 questions I had and let me run all the machines.

First, the laser welder is awesome! I'm not a great welder by any stretch, but I was welding. 063 aluminum in just a few minutes and it came out great.

The CNC 1500W machine for my needs is awesome. Was cutting my test files at 480 ipm, with rapids at 1400.

Impressed to say the least. Ended up purchasing 2 SF3015G cnc's and 2 1500 watt laser welders.
Delivery is in the next 2 weeks. I'll update how that goes.

5 Stars for great customer service, price, and quality machinery. When looking I was apprehensive about a non domestic machine. I heard the horror stories floating around the Internet about poor customer service when dealing with overseas support. Senfeng is different than these other options. They have a huge warehouse in Commerce, CA which is a 30 minute drive for me. After a few months of research I decided to purchase a Senfeng 150 watt CO2 laser. The price was unbeatable. Service great. And lifetime tech support. One month after install I had a malfunction with the water chiller. They sent a technician with a new replacement water chiller and realigned my machine while they were here. And didn’t ask for a dime! I am very pleased with the performance of the machine and their organization as a whole. If you are looking to purchase an import laser, Senfeng is the best in my opinion!

I don't write too many reviews, but I had to in this case to let people know how great this company was to deal with. I was hesitant to purchase an over-seas machine at first however the price point they were able to offer for the quality of machine was unbeatable. Their customer service has been really amazing - better than most any other company I have dealt with - they even have technicians available 24/7 to help with any problems, including simply diagnosing cut issues. I am so happy that I decided to buy from them - very good quality machines at amazing prices and still offer excellent support!!
