I had a issue with SDGE not providing any response for the medical baseline program. After repeated attempts to contact them with no response I called Senator Jones office. I had a fast callback from Lori Brown and I explained the issue. Within two days I got a call from a SDGE supervisor and the issue was resolved. I really appreciate the help from Lori. She did a great job.
