I'm not sure whether this line is actually operating. I've called dozens of times, each time the mailbox is full, and if you wait on hold they will eventually disconnect you. Incredibly frustrating.

This place is so unprofessional you call at the time they say they are open and you can't even leave no message for anyone to call you back voicemail saying it's not open to the public cause of covid like this needs to be fixed

I been calling for the past 2 weeks and nobody answer. They said they open at 2pm and I called at that time frame but nobody answered and the mail box is full. Why nobody wants to do their job? It’s an excuse how people use covid to avoid working.

I call during phone hours and nobody answers and I can't leave a message because the voicemail is full. Nobody to call and nobody to email how are we supposed to get any information?

They don’t help AT ALL. Long wait time online. When you do get a call back it’s just to say they are making appointments in a few weeks.
