Great view, friendly staff, love the jacuzzi. They have great room service from the restaurant on weekends, just make sure to specifically ask for any condiments or salt and pepper you need. We stayed over valentines day weekend.

-Fireplace was malfunctioning and barely lit.

-There was a couple screaming at each other from 10pm-1am.
Eventually they got kicked out of the hotel.

-We purchased the celebration package (which included a long-stem rose on arrival), but there was no long stem rose. They later said they don't offer the rose anymore, but it still showed it on the website when I booked and paid for it.

-We were told complimentary late checkout was noon. We lost track of time, the maids knocked on the door at 1230 to clean, we immediately vacated. We were charged $50. I asked for the charge to be reversed, especially given the above points, and they said no. That was disappointing and felt very unfriendly. Hoping this was a fluke and not their standard as this last point dropped their rating substantially.

Absolutely loved our stay on the weekend after Christmas. Perfect time to visit Pismo (IMO). The Sea Venture is easy to find, a bit of traffice to get there, but not too bad. You can't beat the included parking, in this super busy part of the Central Coast. Staff was very nice. Restaurant on the 3rd floor offered breakfast-dinner. You could also enjoy a patio to dine on. We sat inside and enjoyed a beautiful sunset view. The room was great. Comfy bed, everything you could need. We chose this room because it had a spa tub on the private balcony. Loved it! Everything very clean, easy to use. Would love to go back very soon.

So, we didnt actually stay here but its on my little bucket list to stay here however we had a wonderful brunch here! We had a private brunch birthday and Simon was great and helping me get this coordinated. The food was great, the views spectacular and the service was amazing. The two gentlemen was i believe Sean and Jordan and let me tell you super friendly and super helpful and did the job with a great smile! I complimented them both on how they did there job performance. If anyone books here you will not be disappointed. They pretty much took care of everything and was $1200 but divide that up amongst 30 people made it so worth it! Thanks for the experience

We have been coming to the SeaVenture for 10+ years and agree that it has never been better! Location: on Pismo Beach, excellent! Services and accommodations: remain very good - superior. Restaurant: Excellent in every aspect. Perfect setting for a winemaker's dinner. Better than ever!

This hotel definitely exceeded my expectations. The employee that checked us in was very friendly and outgoing.The room was very clean and the bed was so comfortable. The private hot tub and beach access was the best part 😊

Great location just steps from the beach, but partial ocean view rooms basically look over a parking lot and don't feel private at all.
The balcony tub was nice, but the one in the unit above us was used in the middle of the night, and very loud. I felt like I was sleeping in a submarine or something. For the price, this hotel doesn't feel worth its value.

The room was quiet, small, and quaint providing romantic opportunities for me and my husband to be in one another's arms, laugh, and truly enjoy each other. The private balcony with hot tub was the cherry on top to our stay. The staff was the best and made our stay excellent too. The option of the celebration package made our anniversary time at the hotel a 10+++

Great location in walking distance to the downtown area and right by the pier. The restaurant and bar are really nice. Serving sizes are huge. Private hot tub on the balcony is a nice bonus. Would definitely stay here again.
