SD Smart Engineer completely revamped and updated our home automation. It was a daunting task as the system was a little outdated and the wiring needed figuring out. Michel and his team were confident and had a "can-do" attitude throughout the process. We now have an improved and optimally functioning internet network, updated home security cameras, sound and lighting system. All technician were punctual, professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I believe it is the positive company culture at the core which makes employees take pride in their work and deliver quality product. I strongly recommend SDSE!

Over the years we added tv's wall speakers etc...and it got to the point where there were multiple remotes and it was hard to remember what did what. We contacted few companies to give us a bid to make everything cohesive. While the other companies came, visually looked and sent a bid. Michael and his team came and looked extensively at all the equipment we had, tested the wifi, crawled up into the attic all while taking copious notes. Attention was paid to everything. Michael explained what we could do, what we needed or didn't need. Everything on the bid was line item so we knew the cost of everything, no hidden or unexpected costs. We hired SD Sound Systems and couldn't be happier. We've actually had them come a couple of times to add or change things to the sound system. Another great thing about these guys, you can call email, any time if you have a question and you will get an immediate response. This company is not the kind that does a job and makes it difficult to get them back to take care of something. My husband I and highly recommend Michael and his company SD Sound System.

When we bought our house there was an extra room that we didn’t know what to do with at first. We decided to transform it into a movie room. We hired Mike and his team to do the job because, quite frankly, their presentation and proposal of the job was the best. They presented us with a thorough proposal that included a sketch of measurements and equipment. We knew exactly what we were getting. We hired San Diego Sound and Michel as part of our escrow inspections on a property in Meadows Del Mar. It was a very challenging dynamic with a dinosaur of a sound system because you can't just ask the seller for $30,000 for a new system when parts of it were operational. Their team found speakers that weren't working, TV's that weren't correctly connected, and intermittent issues with the system's performance. They were able to articulate on an invoice upgrades of necessary components that were dysfunctional as well as repair of non functioning components for the buyer to include on his request for repairs.
