I have used Scribner fuel jugs exclusively since they were introduced. I moved from Sacramento to Missouri in 2006 - I purchased a brand X last year and the cap broke immediately ,I GAVE them back to the supplier- found Scribner on the internet and bought more, none better,period.

Scribner Plastics
Mackie Automatic Transmissions based in Scotland, purchased our transmission containers from Scribner Plastics in year 2001, since then each container is used a minimum of once a week being sent on a return journeys throughout Europe using all forms of transport i.e. road, rail, air and sea freight. We are still using the originals and have calculated they have completed a minimum of 988 return cycles each. They have served us well over the years, just a little tired now.
Therefore, we are ready to purchase again, confident in the fact that they will last another 19 years.

shipping department is not good.
I ordered a plastic crate and two weeks later, 4 calls later i still didn't receive an email confirmation. finally at my final call i find out that the crate is "shipping out tomorrow"... convenient. And the attitude of the woman working the phone was absolute indifference as she explained that it ships out in the order it was received. if there was another company that makes these things it would be worth dealing with them. but there isn't one that i have found. so just be prepared to wait and keep waiting on your order.
