Needed some light bulbs changed in our garage (that has a high ceiling). Communication was great & making the appointment was easy. Josh arrived on time. He was very nice & got the job done quickly. The price was very reasonable, as they only charged for the time it actually took to complete the job. We will definitely use Scout again.

We used Scout services recently and were very pleased from start to finish. They responded quickly! We had a handymen assigned to us and he was able to do our job within a few days. He (Shawn) arrived when he said he would and completed the job quickly. He was friendly and professional. We already discussed the next job we needed before he left. 10/10 will use again!

Kyle arrived arrived on time and assembled an entertainment center for us that had what seemed to be 50 million pieces. He worked diligently until he completed the job. It looks beautiful and sturdy. We had a great experience.

I had high hopes for getting some little but quite a few projects done. My tech was so nice and professional. However I had to pay them directly for all materials even though I said I would and even had some myself. Replacing 2 pieces of trim and patching another took 4.5 hours and was over $700. They also sent me a quote to stain a garage for $2100 that I’ve gotten other quotes from that were $750-1000. No response about that and the tech never finished the projects I had originally contacted them about. Would recommend finding a handy man in your local area through Facebook. Extremely disappointed.

Omg! The owner just called me and was so accusatory and aggressive. His name is Seth and was only concerned about what he could do for me to take the review down. He said why would you leave such an ugly review. I was honest, even about how nice the tech was, and was simply writing a review. Nothing was aggressive or ugly. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND staying away from this business.
