Great experience with our scooter this weekend, had no issues with our scooter , worked great & it lasted all 4 days in the parks at Disney! Owen was amazing when he dropped off and picked up my scooter for my 5 day trip to Disney World 🌎 He not only explained everything he made the whole experience easy. My Scooter didn't have to be charged at all the whole time from 6:45 am to 10:PM but he did let me know it might and that I could charge it while eating or just taking a break at one of the parks but I didn't need to at all on any of the days. Just charged it the night I got home and it was good to go.

Had a short notice need for a scooter mid Disney trip. They delivered to my resort within an hour of my call. Owen met me right in front of the hotel lobby and picked up at the same location a few days later. With good battery management (turned off key when parked), battery charge lasted all day--lpark open to close and around the resort.
