Testing of 1,800 15.5kV Intellirupters(reclosers) and their software is inadequate to test these properly, opened a ticket and got a representative to read me what the manual said, which was not helpful at all. They moved my ticket up to Tier 2 support and here I am still 6 weeks later and failing so many of their reclosers due to software & communication issues and no attempt to reach back out to me to help resolve said issue.

Not satisfied with their equipment or customer service support.
