It was simple and easy to set up our first appointment with Tina, she was punctual and thorough with choices of windows that work best for us, and a plus that she also lives in the neighborhood. Like neighbors looking out for each other. She got us the best price with the best quality of windows, after 4 weeks the windows arrived and installed promptly. The team was also punctual, Antonio and the team got the windows installed on schedule and left the place spotless. the next day Katie made sure I got all the recipes and invoices mailed on time for my reimbursement, thank you. Why we chose Save Energy Company to replace our sliding glass door which connects our bedroom to an outdoor deck.
Our first bid was by Renewal by Anderson. It was $12,400.00. Our second bid was $3,200.00 by Save Energy. They were very professional and communicated with us every step of the way. On the day of the installation, we were greeted by Luiz and Maurizio. They were wonderful to deal with, fast and efficient, and they left the house as clean as when they entered. I couldn't be more delighted with my decision to go with Save Energy for my window and patio door project. My sales contact, Daidra, was extremely patient with my endless questions. She also had an uncanny sixth sense re when to give me a check-in call. She kept in touch but was never pushy. The office staff is also stellar. It was really nice to call and speak with the same people and everyone who answered the phone was extremely pleasant, helpful, and made each transaction easy for me. When the owner, John, came to measure the windows, he made a few welcome and helpful suggestions and was also very clear about what to expect with the installation. The installation itself was nothing short of amazing! The entire crew was very friendly and they went out of their way to disrupt my day as little as possible, which was especially appreciated since I work out of my home office. Start to finish, this was a very positive experience!

I love our Save Energy Windows and Sliders. The installers did a wonderful and clean installation! We are in the raining season we had one window that had a small leak. We called and the manager came out the next day and fixed the leak!! Get service!!!
